Kinda Baker – CEO

Kinda Baker was named CEO of National Recovery Solutions LLC in January 2015. At that time NRS became a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). Kinda was a founding member of NRS and has held various positions within the company. She has spent time as Vice President of Government and Education and Vice President of Human Resources. Her leadership qualities and great vision will help NRS grow in the Government and Education markets. Her 20 years of industry experience have given her the ability to understand the industry and help make decisions that make NRS a true forward thinking and proactive company. She helps to organize the NRS Charity Classic that has donated over $65,000 to date with proceeds benefitting Make-A-Wish of WNY, Mikey’s Way, and other charities. Kinda attended the University of New York at Buffalo.

Kevin Baker – President

Kevin Baker is a founding member and the President at NRS. He has held this title since the company’s inception in 2006. Kevin is responsible for day to day operations at NRS and works directly with our EVP of Sales and Marketing and the EVP of Business Development and Product Management to grow and enhance the company’s client base. Kevin has 20 years of experience in the ARM industry and has helped build NRS into the reputable and client driven company that it is today. He will continue to help grow the company’s name and reputation as a go to partner. He is a graduate from the University of New York at Buffalo and also serves as a youth football coach in the local community.

John Adonnino – EVP, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Adonnino joined National Recovery Solutions, LLC in 2016. He offers more than 30 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) space. He manages effective business growth and brand development working closely with clients to develop success in identifying and translating customer needs into sales solution strategies that drive revenue and profitability. He will strive to enhance NRS’s suite of products, services and solutions to Higher Education and Government institutions while providing improved convenience and value to clients and students. He is an experienced sales leader in the Account Receivable Management Industry focusing on the Education and Government verticals, having expertise with all stages of customer lifecycle outsourcing, including customer acquisition, customer care and retention, delinquency aversion, and all phases of accounts receivable management. In addition, he has more than 20 years of experience managing sales and client service teams targeting the Education & Government sector. He participates in national Higher Education organizations, seminars, workshops, and conferences to remain knowledgeable of current regulations in the Education industry. Mr. Adonnino graduated from Canisius College in 1983 with a B.S. in Communications/Marketing.

Adam Wertman – CIO/CCO

Adam Wertman has been with the company since its inception. Adam is responsible for Data Processing and the exchange of information between clients, vendors, and other entities. Adam also serves as a member of the Compliance team as well, along with determining our organization’s long term system needs and any hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish our business objectives. Adam also has satisfactorily completed the necessary requirements prescribed by the DBA International Debt Buyer Certification Program and the DBA International Bylaws and as such has earned all rights and privileges to be a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) Certification number P1511-1154.

Rick Corica – EVP, Business Development & Product Management

Rick Corica is the Executive Vice President of Business Development for National Recovery Solutions LLC. Rick combines over 30 years of progressively responsible business experience in both purchase and contingent receivables. The exposure to practices from a number of companies has resulted in a diverse, well rounded perspective and practices to business. Rick has managed over $2.5 billion in purchased debt and having the oversight of 350 staff members with a large contingency company. Rick is a Graduate of the University of Buffalo, School of Management’s Center of Entrepreneurial Leadership Core and Advanced Programs.

Timothy Baker – CFO/ISO

Financial Services & Banking Services Division: Timothy Baker is responsible for internal audits and controls, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, financial strategy, accounting, and cost analysis projections. Mr. Baker also takes a lead role in managing the Information Security established policies and procedures. Tim also brings more than 10 years of financial managerial experience to the company. Mr. Baker holds a Master’s degree in finance from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York
